The community is led by 4 Systems of Independent Governance. Namely the Founder as Custodian of the Vision, The Advisory Council, The Executive Committee and the Corporations/Organizations.

Custodian: Because this is a vision driven community crafted primarily around the visions of the founder, it vest ultimate control on King Ifeanyichiukwu Oruruo as the guiding light (Custodian) of the comprehensive vision and allows his ability to mediate the general direction of activities in all areas, from the perspective of their impact on the over-arching vision.

Advisory Council: This is a 49 member council, selected on the basis of excellence in the society, each member is averagely below the age of 40 and above the age of 25. They sit to evaluate visions set our by the Custodian and to decide on best course of action. Each is a leader in their own rights and in their own fields.
While age is not a primary consideration it is recognized that the current youth should drive the future.

The Executive Committee: Headed by the Committee head of the related unit of the Advisory Council, this is a supervisory executive team, tasked with measuring results and ensuring the development of projects in line with the original vision.

Independent Corporations: Every single project under our vision results in an independent corporation that runs its own affairs but is mandated to synchronize along the lines of vision and resource sharing to ensure the success of one and the other.
