We have many projects in Agriculture but the focus of this page is on the most important and immediate projects that will create the base foundation and catalysis for proper development of Agriculture in Nigeria.

STARTING LINE
Our Focus at the moment is the Development of our PILOT farming community in Ezeagu, Enugu State. From there we intend to also launch farms in Abuja, Lagos, Jos, Kano, Anambra, Kogi and Delta States and then gradually scale into every state of the Nation.
It is an Agricultural Community of 20,000 Acres (9,100 Hectares), which incorporates all of the advantages of the Vision 1960 Community to ensure the ability for all participants to participate in Safe and Profitable Agriculture.
Security is adequately provided with the incorporation of Armed and Unarmed Private Security, Canine Units, Surveillance and Sponsored Collaboration with the Nigerian Civil Defense Corp, Police and Army to ensure a farming environment that is safer than most cities.
Everyone gets to own their farm as access to Land is provided for as little as ₦4million per Hectare (10 standard plots), and payment plans are available to all working class farmers to acquire their plots over a 3 year period through guaranteed financing from our partners.
Our farmers will have the ability to access Tractors, Bulldozers, Planters, Sprayers, Piped water, A host of Heavy Machinery and even small tools and implements like Hoes, Cutlass etc., these shared resources reduce the cost of farming.
Incorporated into our farming communities are central processing facilities that ensure that the products of the community are not sold for peanuts but are rather perfected for trading at the maximum possible yield. The processing facilities include also packaging capacity.
The commune features a special industrial zone that includes a Feed Mill, A Flour Mill, A Packaging Company and a Host of Agro Allied enterprises that make the productions of the commune more economically potent and profitable and reduce distance to market.
The commune features a market that allows all farmers to bring their wares to market in the same community, trading within the organized and safe environments of our community. The market is designed to be a modern trading environment better than most city markets.
In partnership with our Real Estate Investors we are developing a 2,000 acre City Centre for the Agricultural Commune. It features Filling Stations, Homes, Banks, Shopping Centres, A Medical Centre and other essentials to make the environment self sufficient.
In partnership with our Infrastructure partners the commune will have its own Independent Power Station that ensures 24/7 electricity, it will maintain a Private Water Board, Gas Transmission Company, Granite Roads for Farms and Tarred Roads for the City Centre.
The farms are made much more profitable because as we combine resources we reduce the cost of production, we are also able to plan together to compete in the wider market and all farmers have access to tools and a production environment that other farmers can't match.
