Each delegation receives at least 2 complementary luxury rooms at the Venue with complementary breakfast and access to an extensive range of amenities.

ENTOURAGE

Each National Delegation receives at least 2 VIP passes and 4 Normal Passes to allow the inclusion of liason officers, aides, consultants or general friends of the nation in your entourage.

sTAGE PRESENTATION

Your delegation will have at least 10 minutes to make a pitch about your nation on the stage, you can also submit a video or we can assist by having one of our hosts speak on your behalf to promote the agenda of your people.

EXHIBITIONS

Your Delegation will receive at least a 20 foot exhibition area to allow you to promote the mineral and other business opportunities in your nation, showcasing your advantages however you like.

MEET AND GREET

The leader of your delegation will be allowed access to the most exclusive meetings of the events, premier deal making opportunities that will allow you to meet the right people and bring transactions home.
