This is not a work that can be done in bits because industries can only survive with comprehensive value chains. The IDEAL is a seemingly impossible notion, it is HOWEVER the only option for a NIGERIA THAT WORKS.

To participate in any of our projects read and understand it and apply formally for employment, contracting or synergetic collaborations.
NOTE: The list below may look daunting, impossible and too expansive, but I assure you that they are not. The task of re-engineering Nigeria is a comprehensive work that must encompass all necessary moving parts. It is for this reason that Vision 1960 was created, to stand as a marshaling point, aggregating ideals towards a common cause, undaunted by imaginary impossibilities as it muscles our varied energies towards achieving a Nigeria that works.
The list below is not outrageous rather it is a concise version of the starting line, in the end these company will expand into a 1,000 distinct firms each owned by a myriad of persons and groups, with Vision 1960 providing the trusted point of synergy for divergent groups towards general success in previously impossible ventures.
The net design of all ventures under our community is that all cover a wing of societal needs and are insurance of access to necessary tools for other ventures, equally as they also stand to ensure its own success. The GENIUS or our designs is in this intricate web that amplifies every investment, secures every investor and assures success without a single reliance on government policy or 3rd party actions.
STATUS QUO: The present state of Agriculture and Food availability in Nigeria is burdened by core deficits in key staples like Wheat, Soy and Corn and the logistics challenges for even available products as they make a North-South-East-West voyage on bad roads, in old trucks and with no logistical efficiency.
In Nigeria the cost of food is adversely affected by import dependency, logistics costs and general production inefficiencies.
The Gaps create dollar denominated food indexes in a country where even the Naira is not enough.
VISION: The core gaps we aim to fill in agriculture is Cost, Variety, Quality and Accessibility.
INDUSTRY CITY: In Agriculture we aim to develop 3 Industry Cities, Agro Industries City (Borno, State), Aqua/Marine City (Bayelsa, State) and Livestock and Wildlife City (Kano, State).
ENTERPRISES: We aim to develop a Bulk Trading Agricultural Products Trading Company, Communal Farms and Integrated Modern/Regenerative Commercial Scale Corporate Farms nationwide.
STATUS QUO: The Auto Industry in Nigeria is in no way globally competitive. While some firms have emerged which have a strong position in the assembly of cars, their scale is not sufficient to compete with a global market in which behemoths like Mercedes, Volkswagen, Toyota, BYD etc.
Aside assembly there is no genuine industry since most of the moving parts of the vehicles, components and even design are foreign importations.
The Gaps create locally non-competitive vehicles, in price, quality and design originality even when the vehicles are Nigerian brands.
VISION: The comprehensive revision of the Auto Industry to allow organic development in design, efficient cost competitiveness, local manufacturing of components and truly Nigerian vehicles.
INDUSTRY CITY: Auto Industries City at 40,000 Acres (Anambra State).
ENTERPRISES: We aim to develop a Luxury Auto Brand, a Large Machinery Brand, a Bicycle and Toy Vehicles Company and Multiple Auxiliary Enterprises Producing Components in Plastics, Composites, Aluminum, Steel, Batteries, Glass and more.
STATUS QUO: The
Aviation industry in Nigeria is characterized by a high dependency on foreign inputs in Aircrafts, Components, Technical Crews and Even Fuel. Furthermore the general ineptitude of government systems makes the current distribution of airports inefficient and insufficient.
The costs of air travel, the range of flight options and the service quality and location of airports are not fitting for a Nation of Nigeria's economic standing.
The
Gaps create economic wastes, exportation of capital and logistics inefficiencies for travelers of means.
VISION: The
comprehensive revision of Aviation in Nigeria, including the local production of Aircraft, the development of Private Airports and the localization of inputs to normalize aviation for the masses.
INDUSTRY CITY: Space City at 80,000 in Taraba and Aviation City at 16,000 Hectares in Abuja.
ENTERPRISES: We
aim to develop an Air Taxi Services, Multiple Airports, an extensive collection of Air Strips, separate International, Regional and Domestic Airlines, an International Air Cargo Line, an Air Crafts Manufacturing Company, Air Craft Servicing Company, Air Systems Education and more.
STATUS QUO: In the global world of Computing Technologies, from hardware to software and infrastructure Nigeria lags behind.
In many ways our play in the computing industry is a consumer approach even among the leading brands, in hardware with only own nameplates but having no genuine local production. In infrastructure we only have connection points to global architecture and in Software we own no baseline languages, architectures or platforms.
The dependencies leave us yielding value to foreign brands and consequently leaves too much money on the table and yields control on the adaptive impacts of technology.
VISION: To create an entirely revised eco-system for computing that allows innovations of the future of computing technologies here at home.
INDUSTRY CITY: Technology City at 16,000 hectares in 2 campuses of Lagos State and Abuja.
ENTERPRISES: We aim to develop a Baseline Software Acquisition and Holding Company, a Consumer Software Acquisition and Holding Company, a Premium Computing Products Brand and A Computing Infrastructure Acquisition and Holding Company.
STATUS QUO: The communications sector in Nigeria is characterized by modern terrestrial Telecommunications but not advanced technologies of leading end access in quality, efficiency nor cost.
Other aspects of communications are by far limited in their introduction and support systems, including Satellite systems, Media networks, Premium services and more.
The security of our systems against hacks, tapping and other lapses including maintenance and technology dependencies are also overtly high.
VISION: We will ensure the advancement of communications technologies in the local environment, independently and as part of our technology and manufacturing incursion and development.
INDUSTRY CITY: Technology City at 16,000 Hectares in Abuja and Lagos State and Brain City at 8,000 Hectare in Enugu.
ENTERPRISES: We will create a Telecommunications Network, a Server Farm Network, Terrestrial Fiber Optics Network, Satellite and Zeppelin Systems and Deep investments in Technology and Research to beat the world to 6G Network Systems, dictating frameworks.
STATUS QUO: From petrochemicals to pharma-chemicals to industrial additives, extracts and all manner of chemical compounds that aid in the development of industry and consumer products, Nigeria remains a net importer.
Since virtually no industry survives without chemical inputs this sustains dollar dependency for virtually all production enterprises in Nigeria.
The vacuum in local production of chemicals make the soaps, drugs and plastics etc., manufactured in Nigeria to remain essentially imports.
VISION: The introduction of local production, refinement and distribution of chemicals of all ranges.
INDUSTRY CITY: Chemicals City at 40,000 Hectares in Bayelsa State.
ENTERPRISES: We aim to develop a Petrochemicals Complex with extensive range, A Base Chemicals Complex and multiple Minerals for Chemicals Mining Operation.
STATUS QUO: The construction industry in Nigeria is highly developed but is highly dependent on international consortiums and transnational state corporations for advanced construction.
The deficits in all aspects of building, civil and infrastructural development across Nigeria demands incredible improvements in local capacity in construction technologies, tools and abilities.
A deep gap also exists in materials accessibility, quality, range and local sourcing.
VISION: To create genuine development of local capacity for advanced construction both via own activities and favorable contracting.
INDUSTRY CITY: Not Applicable. Present in all aspects of our development.
ENTERPRISES: We
aim to develop a Construction Consortium, a National Chain of Quarries, Equipment Leasing Yards and other resources for Junior and Sub contractors contractors, including the most advanced equipment like Mega Cranes and Mega Earth Movers.
STATUS QUO: The foundations of education in Nigeria is corrupted by the adoption of colonial misdirection whose core aim was not to educate us but to tame and adapt us to the needs of their exploitative interests.
The education systems in Nigeria is also unable to produce the productive members of society who can apply "good" knowledge towards meaningful development.
Our education does not seed proper skills, morals or work ethic, creating an unnatural deficit of capacity.
VISION: A completely new education model that takes a fresh approach via a new curriculum from Early Years to Professional Institutions to create students who are productive by age 16 and professionals at graduation from all Institutions.
INDUSTRY CITY: Brain City at 8,000 hectares in Enugu State.
ENTERPRISES: We
aim to develop a Curriculum and Private Education Regulatory Body, A Group of Schools for Early Years to Secondary and Multiple Institutes with a custom focus on set areas of professional and advanced education.
STATUS QUO: In a world where the home has become a packing store for tools and equipment of all types (appliances), Nigeria is still not able to lay claim to the productions of Washing Machines, Televisions and a host of modern electronics and appliances, both the simple and the complex. Many brands exist which are owned by Nigerians but local production is non-existent.
As a country of 200million + people our consumption of modern electronics especially personal devices like Cellular phones and Smart gadgets far outstrips any European country. Leading to an unnatural burden on forex for these now seeming essentials of life.
VISION: To create organic, home grown design, development and manufacturing of consumer and industrial electronics and appliances.
INDUSTRY CITY: Technology City at 16,000 hectares in Lagos State and Abuja, Brain City at 8,000 hectares in Enugu State.
ENTERPRISES: We aim to develop an Electronics Circuits and Boards company, an Electronics Systems Design Bureau, Multiple Electronics Components Complexes, a no-brand contract Electronics and Appliances assembly company and more.
STATUS QUO: Our society is devoid of care for the wanton malaise of life and the challenges of age degeneration, economic accidents, health and mental failures.
Our health insurance systems are insufficient, our retirement platforms are unreliable and not robust in defense of capital against inflation and our other emergency and social services are near non-existent.
These are existential challenges that do not seem to have a direct economic or social benefit when things are good but must be available to secure a robust society and a predictable quality of life.
VISION: The comprehensive integration of social services into all areas of our developments in the Vision 1960 community.
INDUSTRY CITY: Not Applicable. Present in all aspects of our development.
ENTERPRISES: We aim to develop a comprehensive Security, Emergency and Social Services architecture, embedded into many businesses, across industry and sustained via statutory mass contributions and voluntary donations by affiliates and subsidiaries. We will not accept capital contributions from external parties (avoiding regulatory invasion by adverse political actors or litigation) but will collaborate and accept mutual co-investment.
STATUS QUO: The fashion industry in Nigeria is making public waves but has no true street value. Our people's association with local brands is mild in the arena of luxury and aside from luxury the mid range and low end is characterized by non-brand production and importation.
The lack of a genuine textile, jewelry and accessories industry coupled with a lack of appreciation for local brands, creates a primary dependence on foreign materials and a serious preference for foreign brands.
The current state of Fashion leaves a key component of culture to the winds of "Western" markets.
VISION: The redefinition of fashion preferences that strategically guides Nigerians towards local brands and the encouragement of brands towards organic designs.
INDUSTRY CITY: Textile City at 20,000 Hectares in Delta State.
ENTERPRISES: We
aim to develop a Platform for Fashion Distribution, Textile Manufacturing, Jewelry and Smiting industries all integrated with Fashion Promotion, Brand Ownership and Domestication of brand interests through active social engineering.
STATUS QUO: The financial systems in Nigeria suffer from the traditional malaise of the Nigerian state, large scale capital remains an import, general financing capacity is targeted to trade and trade like investments and visions and ideals find no support.
From insurance to pension funds, private equity and worse yet banking, the platforms are exploitative at best, leaching capital from the poorest in society and misdirecting to ventures that maintain our subsistence existence and dependency on importation.
Innovation finds no volume-sufficient aid from Nigeria's financial systems, although "some" do better than others.
VISION: To build value focused financial institutions that in their natural structure and operations organically stimulate industrial development and positive social mores.
INDUSTRY CITY: ALUSIUWA Capital City at 40,000 hectares in Cross River, State.
ENTERPRISES: We will develop a comprehensive Health Insurance Company, an Assets Insurance Company, a Pensions Company, A Commercial Bank, an Investment Bank, a Stock and Trade Exchange and an Asset Underwriter, creating a full eco-system for finance.
STATUS QUO: Health Care in Nigeria is characterized by gross inefficiency and massive scale and equipment deficiencies as the bulk of health care is handled by Government owned Tertiary institutions plagued by the country's adopted corruptions and the rest are served by Doctor owned medical facilities that are poorly administered and funded.
Many advanced private Clinics and Hospitals exist but they remain the purview of the 1% and therefore not a reasonable contribution to the general health and productivity of 200 million people.
As in all sectors our best health care also suffers from import dependency in Technologies and Inputs like drugs, worst still we export ourselves abroad in what many call "medical tourism", a horrible farse and ridiculous method of medical importation. Furthermore we even export doctors and health workers, further limiting our access to the B and C rate remainders of the Japa train.
VISION: The development of a National Health Care value chain, covering every area of Nigeria and synergized for scale economics towards "Nairalized" costs and excellent health care.
INDUSTRY CITY: Not Applicable. Present in all aspects of our development.
ENTERPRISES: We aim to develop a comprehensive Network of Rural Clinics, Hospital scale City Health Centres, Advanced Regional Medical Complexes and a National Institute for Medical Studies and Research. Plus finance investments in Health Insurance to perfect access.
STATUS QUO: Hospitality in Nigeria is one of the most developed sectors of the society. From Night Clubs to Hotels, Restaurants and Even Tourist sites, hospitality in Nigeria is not lagging.
The gaps however exists in our ability to keep our people in Nigeria for genuine tourist travel or to genuinely attract foreigners. Furthermore the developments are net promoters of import dependency in their approach to decor, amenities and technologies.
The industry is also lacking in cultural stimulus from the point of view of authentic cultural developments and positive morals. Finally, it has not scaled for saturation of need, from the entry level to the elite resort end it is still inadequate in scale.
VISION: We wish to create organic Nigerian Hospitality in all ramifications to ensure local artistry, cultural expression, promotion and economic stimulus from our net advantages.
INDUSTRY CITY: Pleasure City at 20,000 Hectares in Cross River State.
ENTERPRISES: We will create a Large Scale Leisure Hospitality Brand, Exclusive co-development of tourism sites and natural landmarks, 4, 3 and 2 Star Hotel Chains, A Hospitality Acquisition and Holding Company for all tiers, Multiple consolidations of assets to create scale economics in Hospitality and standardized access for the bulk of the nation.
STATUS QUO: In the genuine manufacture of finished engineering products from Computers to Cars, to any multi-component end product, Nigeria is truly deficit.
In many areas we couple and assemble, like in the Manufacture of cars. We also have basic manufacturing of base items and single component goods like Plastics, Steel Rods etc.
There is however a deep need to engage in genuine and advanced manufacturing of detailed and multi-component end products.
VISION: We wish to foster the development of true and advanced manufacturing in Nigeria across all areas of life and products.
INDUSTRY CITY: Not Applicable. Present in all aspects of our developments.
ENTERPRISES: We will create a Luxury Automotive Brand, an Aircraft Manufacturer, a Premium Computing and Gadgets Company, a Mold Manufacturer, multiple Tools and Equipment Manufacturers and support for many more 3rd party manufacturers to ensure the over-arching industrial base essentials for manufacturing while securing the domestication of the corporate manufacturing support enterprises in "curated" avoidance of domination by global players.
STATUS QUO: From Shipping to Leisure explorations, Trawlers and Canoe Fishing expeditions, maritime development is dependent on marine vehicles non of which Nigeria presently develops.
In the use of marine resources Nigeria also suffers as a result of this lack of local production of vehicles and resources. We still depend on wooden boating technologies from the 1800's for fishing, transport Logged woods on grid-tied logs boats and conduct imports and export on not just foreign built ships but ships owned by foreign brands.
VISION: We wish to develop a comprehensive marine and maritime industry across trade, leisure and transport, including interests, vehicles and technologies.
INDUSTRY CITY: Marine City at 80,000 Hectares in Bayelsa State.
ENTERPRISES: We will create a Ship Brand, A Yacht Brand and a Boat Brand, we will also develop a Ship Building Company, and 3 Water ways transport companies for Ocean Freight, Inland Commercial Logistics plus Ferry and Passenger Transportation.
STATUS QUO: Key to true manufacturing is the multiple components, materials and parts that most come together to make a functional finished good.
In all areas of components manufacture from advanced Semi-conductors to basic Aluminum castings to even ancient Iron components Nigeria is severely deficit.
Across all areas of components, we maintain a dependence on sourcing the entire products and their parts abroad, we can barely even mine raw material or extract minerals in Agriculture.
VISION: The development of all individual core components of modern manufacturing.
INDUSTRY CITY: Not Applicable. Present in all aspects of our developments.
ENTERPRISES: We will found Enterprises in Aluminum and Alloys, Plastics and Composites, Glass, Ceramics and a host of Finished material areas too vast to list here. Mining is separated as a distinct industry below.
STATUS QUO: The media and entertainment industry of Nigeria is characterized by extreme polarities of global success and rural negligence.
In the entertainment arena global features like Davido, Genevieve Nnaji, Burna Boy etc., scale the heights in both African and America, yet in their local villages it would be hard to find refined local brand names.
The development of Media and Entertainment in Nigeria is a Lagos chasing approach that leaves the country deeply untapped in talent, platforms and organic cultural development and expression.
VISION: We will create a comprehensive Media and Entertainment industry that serves global audiences, national needs and local expression profitably at all levels, to elevate our talents and restore media and entertainment as a worthy career pursuit across all tiers, while securing their "positive" organic role as the platform for cultural identity, evolution and proliferation.
INDUSTRY CITY: Media City in Delta State at 16,000 Hectares.
ENTERPRISES: We will create a Global Distribution Company for all ranges of African Media, Proliferate Production facilities and Media estates and collaborate with our Brands, Tourism and Sports Ventures for genuine Talent Development across the entire nation.
STATUS QUO: The entire foundation of industry is minerals and raw materials, all of which starts from mineral mining and the processing of raw materials.
In Nigeria mining remains artisinal and limited to oil and gas. In the few instances of other mineral extractions the developments are exploitative, exporting minerals for export in their raw form.
The products that we need to function as a developed nation in the modern era starting with even the basics like Aluminum, Iron, Copper etc., are not extracted and refined for local use, leading to a state where even our industrial players depend on importation of Ingots or semi finished raws.
VISION: The development of all minerals available in Nigeria and the non-exploitative acquisition of mines across Africa.
INDUSTRY CITY: Coal Cities in Kogi and Enugu State, Energy City in Bayelsa State, Craft City in Plateau, Gem City in Zamfara, Metals City in Kogi. Also, present in all aspects of our developments.
ENTERPRISES: We will develop an unlimited number of Mines, Mineral Assets, Refining Operations and Minerals Trading Companies. They will couple with Finance investments especially for Insurance and Manufacturing enterprises for end user guarantees.
STATUS QUO: We are not alone, we live with plants and animals and bodies of water and weather patterns and there must be room in our thinking for the preservation and conservation of resources.
The Nigerian forests are being depleted without any reasonable investments in their replacement. Wildlife in Nigeria is set on the table and evicted for new cities without much though to biodiversity.
The average Nigerian child cannot name a single native flower - do you see a problem?
VISION: We will ensure the restoration of nature to a pride of place that allows Nigerians to naturally appreciate and improve on their eco-system.
INDUSTRY CITY: Timber City at 32,000 Hectares in Ondo State and Livestock and Wildlife City in Kano at 80,000 Hectares.
ENTERPRISES: We will create Nature Endowments across all areas of Nature, with extracted capital from all our ventures and managed by our Hospitality and Tourism ventures for sustainability. They will not be businesses par say but are enterprises in operations, held as a reserve asset. Furthermore, we will engage in extensive research and development to independently understand our world in collaboration with our education, mineral, mining, agriculture and media investments, led by Nature endowments and outside of the Western imposed set of current knowledge "agreements.
STATUS QUO: The story of power in Nigeria is a globally renowned story of unnecessary failure. A nation with a population 75% the population of the United States of America living on the power generation capacity of the City of Oakland or 0.002% of its population.
With the availability of Diesel alone, heavy fuel oils alone, Coal alone, talk less of Natural gas or Biomass, Nigeria is a massive waste of power potential as it has the ability to comfortably power the entire continent of Africa. In fact it can do so with Raw crude and still make a better economic case over the current terror to productivity that is our present condition.
The needs for power can never be understated as an anchor of modern industry in an electrified world.
VISION: We will ensure the complete power independence of all of our developments and our neighbourhood, 1st liberating the grid from our load, then inspiring independent power generation and finally eviscerating the gaps in power supply.
INDUSTRY CITY: Coal City in Kogi, Enugu and Energy City Bayelsa.
ENTERPRISES: We will create an Independent Power Generation Company, a Coal Plants and Technologies Development Company, an multiple related schemes in partnership with our Manufacturing ventures towards the independent development of Powerplants and Alternative power Technologies.
STATUS QUO: The corruptions of the Nigerian society also extends to Lawyers, Accountants, Teachers etc., and creates a society in which it is not easy to ascertain quality from certificates.
In the development of the Nigerian society it is important to be able to move with the speed of trust. All of our platforms and developments need the ability to hire and contract with confidence.
The entire industrial ambitions listed on these pages are dependent on Talents, Skills and Abilities and as at today the credits shown cannot be taken at face value.
VISION: The development of verification, certification, accreditation and bonding programs across all professional fields that can be taken at face value in our projects and across the globe.
INDUSTRY CITY: Brain City at 8,000 Hectares in Enugu State.
ENTERPRISES: We will develop an Independent Examinations and Certification Board, an Independent Credentials and Certificates Verification Board and an Independent Skills, Capacity Accreditation Board and an Independent Board of Performance Adjudicated Charter. Furthermore, our Financing investments will see to proper bonding of Verified professionals.
STATUS QUO: The deficits for both residential, commercial and mixed use real estate in Nigeria is nothing to write home about, many will argue against this as they promote examples of massive private estate developments across the country, it is however important to note that the upper class is not "Nigeria".
There is a deep deficit of pre-planned, well planned and well executed real estate development for the Middle, Lower and Working class society of Nigeria and ZERO thought for the poor.
In infrastructure our developments also fall short in adapting to the national deficits in power, roads, water, security and resource conservation.
VISION: We will ensure the comprehensive availability of quality real estate across all classes of developments, including coverage for commercial, residential and public utility.
INDUSTRY CITY: Not Applicable. Present in all aspects of our development.
ENTERPRISES: We have independent companies for City Centre Development, Surburban Development, New City Expansions, Rural City Centres and Complete City Development, we are not as needed in the smaller spaces of mini estates under 100ha, this is well served in Nigeria today.
STATUS QUO: The state of security in Nigeria is characterized by insecurity. The basic apparatuses of state security, community vigilance and even private security outfits suffer from the same malaise that plague their parent nation.
The investment community across the globe are deeply discouraged in investments across board on account of the inability to secure investments physically and also the inability to recover investments through a myriad of unpredictable and time wasting court processes.
Nigeria needs physical security and contract security for all sectors and industries to thrive and attract resources, talent and investment.
VISION: We will ensure the total over haul of private security as it affects our projects since we cannot as a private citizens engage in state security, we will also provide proprietary sureties, arbitration and adjudications processes as it related to our projects and affiliates, again we cannot engage in Court creation as a non-state actor.
INDUSTRY CITY: Not Applicable. Present in all aspects of our development.
ENTERPRISES: We are creating a Private Security Network, Internal Arbitration and Asset Security systems that cannot be publicly expressed in detail here, we will also engage in extensive lobby of government institutions and embedded collaborations with the state security apparatus.

We have no planetariums, few home Telescopes and no reasonable pursuits towards space and astronomy.

STATUS QUO: In Nigeria today the leading football teams are the Premier League in the U.K, the leading Basketball Teams are the Americans playing on ESPN, in every imaginable field of sports we have lent our preferences to the foreign and import sports while exporting our finances to foreign lands.
The local arena of sports development from the Secondary School Teams to the Primary School after-school programs are an after thought, neglected and delegated to the back of academics as a side attractions with no true development.
The entire infrastructure of sports in Nigeria is C rate at best and has poor distribution centered around cities.

STATUS QUO: Textiles, Fabrics and Materials form an essential element of our lives yet they are not developed locally.
In essence any investments in Furniture, Fashion etc., will still be import dependent without investments in Textile manufacturing.
Currently we import finished materials, this will be dealt with by our fashion and manufacturing investments. At that point a vacuum will be left in materials imports and this will be dealt with by our investments in Materials and Components, Mining and finally Textiles, Fabrics and Materials.

STATUS QUO: The transportation sector in Nigeria suffers from scale economics, integration challenges, service range and myopic business models. Note, that our focus here excludes Air transport which is dealt with in Aviation.
For example the largest passenger transport brands in Nigeria, namely God Is Good, GUO and Young Shall Grow cannot boast of a comprehensive range in neither destinations, nor vehicles. They are not optimized for travelers in the mid stream stops to get value for their money.
A lack of coordination makes logistics, freight and passenger travel extremely difficult.

Our most attractive sites across the Nation remain hidden and unexplored in the midst of forests, deserts, hills and mountains due to a lack of proper investment in road, air and other transport.
The broad range of cultural expressions, natural wonders and personalities of our people are deeply unexplored and placated by imported decor and artificial renders of cultural expression.
