INVESTMENT PROCESS

There are 3 stages to investment and each is designed to reduce the risks associated with investing and to allow us to design each project as ideal and allow you to invest gradually inline with progress. Our system is designed to restore trust in a Nation lacking co-operation.

Expression of Interest: To make investing very transparent we often start with an expression of interest payment that allows you to lock in your desired position without risk and then only invest further as you see the projects grow.

Payment Plan: We are willing to borrow to build each development and allow investor to pay off their stake within a stated timeline, that way you can see what you are investing in and trust is assured.
